Our Tableware

Our dinnerware are manufactured from 100% melamine only and certified safe for food contact by Bureau Veritas, an International Product Testing Laboratory. 

All thecarrina products are dishwasher safe. While no melamine products are in fact microwave safe, our melamine products are suitable when used for under one minute in the microwave. 

Our dinnerware are typically still as good as new after 1.5 years of usage. 

To maintain the lustre of your dinnerware, clean your dirty dinnerware as soon as possible with sponges or woven pads. Do not use harsh or abrasive scouring cleaning products such as steel wool or any metal pads to remove food or stains. Do not expose any melamine dinnerware to direct flame.

We accept MasterCard / Visa Cards for online payments. All prices listed are in SGD (Singapore Dollars). 

We also accept PayNow. Our UEN number is 201615957RCAR. Kindly send the screenshot to carrinaofficial@gmail.com.sg so we can then start to process the order. 

All payment has to be made before the order(s) is processed. 

Orders

Upon order confirmation, it takes typically 3 working days to receive your order. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.

For same-day or urgent delivery within 48 hours, please contact us directly through WhatsApp or call us at +65 8939 7788 to discuss the possibility of meeting this requirement. Do take note however, there will be an additional charge of S$8.00.

Delivery

We currently ship within Singapore only. If you are located outside of these countries, you can send us an email and we'd be happy to work on making it possible for you.

Our delivery are at $6 for island-wide delivery.

Yes. We deliver on weekends and public holidays! But take note that our public holidays are only from 10 AM to 1 PM

We deliver everyday except Tuesday between 10 AM to 5 PM.

In the unfortunate case if there is no one to receive the gift, we can re-deliver the items again at a later time with the incurrence of a re-delivery charge of $6.
