Our Tableware
Our dinnerware are manufactured from 100% melamine only and certified safe for food contact by Bureau Veritas, an International Product Testing Laboratory.
All TPS products are dishwasher safe. While no melamine products are in fact microwave safe, our melamine products are suitable when used for under one minute in the microwave.
Our dinnerware are typically still as good as new after 1.5 years of usage.
To maintain the lustre of your dinnerware, clean your dirty dinnerware as soon as possible with sponges or woven pads. Do not use harsh or abrasive scouring cleaning products such as steel wool or any metal pads to remove food or stains. Do not expose any melamine dinnerware to direct flame.
Our Giftset
Yes! Every TPS Gift Set includes a Message Card. You just need to provide us with your message and we'll handle the rest.
We accept MasterCard / Visa Cards for online payments. All prices listed are in SGD (Singapore Dollars) and MYR (Malaysia Ringgit).
We also accept PayNow. Our UEN number is 201615957R. Kindly send the screenshot to sales@theplatestory.com so we can then start to process the order.
All payment has to be made before the order(s) is processed.
Orders
Upon order confirmation, it takes typically 5 to 7 working days to receive your order. For more information, please refer to our shipping policy.
For same-day or urgent delivery within 48 hours, please contact us directly through WhatsApp or call us at +65 8939 7788 to discuss the possibility of meeting this requirement. Do take note however, there will be an additional charge of S$8.00 for Singapore and RM 30 - RM 50 for Malaysia.

Delivery
We currently ship within Singapore and Malaysia only. If you are located outside of these countries, you can send us an email and we'd be happy to work on making it possible for you.
Our delivery fee is $6 for Singapore and Rm 8 for Malaysia.
No. We do not deliver on weekends and PH.
We deliver Monday to Friday through our partnered logistics - Ninjavan. The delivery timeslot is by default set from 6 PM to 10 PM.
In the unfortunate case if there is no one to receive the gift, we can re-deliver the items again at a later time with the incurrence of a re-delivery charge of $6 or RM 8.
Exchange & Returns
We offer 30 days exchange policy if the product is new and unused. You can initiate a product exchange of the same value by contacting us directly at sales@theplatestory.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8938 7788.

If you found any product defects after opening the box, do contact us with photos after your notice, no later than 3 days after receiving the gift.
No worries! Just contact us at sales@theplatestory.com or +65 8939 7788 and we will promptly arrange a replacement product to be sent over.

When both of us became parents, we always shared parenting tips. And the one thing in common is this unconditional love and effort to provide the best for our children. What we thought was impossible, such as maintaining calmness when the child is undergoing a meltdown, became possible.
As the 2nd generation in the family business of manufacturing melamine dinnerware, we saw tableware as it is but never more. It was not until both our young toddlers turned two years old and began to explore the world as their own that we saw how a normal mealtime conversation could become a prelude to another meatime battlefield.
