How do I checkout using the e-gift card?

When you are done shopping at www.theplatestory.com, checkout using the special code sent to your email after purchasing the e-gift card. Provide the code and you will see that the e-gift card has been applied to your order. 

Can the e-gift card be used more than once?

Yes, as long as there is still remaining balance. You can still use it up to 365 days from purchase.

Can e-gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can’t reload them. E-gift cards are only a one-time form of payment in specific denominations. 

How can I check the balance remaining in the e-gift card?

Send us an email at sales@theplatestory.com. Let us know your special e-gift card code and we’ll get back to you with the information as soon as possible. You can also email us if you have a specific denomination needed and we’ll customize one for you. 

Can I apply a discount/promo code to my e-gift card purchase?

No, discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing an e-gift card. On the other hand, you can still apply a discount/promo code if you are paying using your e-gift card.
